Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using CozyWallet and the responsibilities that come with maintaining a shared household budget.

Last updated: April 2, 2026

Using CozyWallet

CozyWallet is provided to help households track income, expenses, transfers, and planned transactions in shared budgets. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for using the product in compliance with applicable law.

You must keep your account credentials secure and should invite only people you trust into shared budgets, because budget members may be able to view or edit data based on their assigned role.

Permissions and ownership

The person or people who manage a budget are responsible for who has access to it. Viewer, editor, and admin permissions are intended to support shared household workflows, and misuse of those permissions may lead to loss of access or data changes within that budget.

You retain responsibility for your content and financial records. CozyWallet does not take ownership of the budgeting data you submit.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or remove parts of the service over time. While we aim for reliability, CozyWallet is provided on an as-available basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unexpected incidents.

We may also revise these terms when the product changes. Continued use of CozyWallet after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.

No financial advice

CozyWallet is a budgeting tool, not a bank, accounting firm, or financial advisor. The service does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice, and you should seek professional guidance when you need it.
